AMORI HAILS GUWOR AT 2ND ANNIVERSARY AS SPEAKER

The Chief Adviser to the Governor of Delta State, Senator Ighoyota Amori, has congratulated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, on the occasion of his second anniversary in office.

In a statement issued from his office, Senator Amori commended Speaker Guwor for his exemplary leadership, legislative excellence, and unwavering commitment to the democratic ideals that have continued to strengthen the state’s governance structure.

According to the Chief Adviser, the Speaker’s stewardship over the past two years has not only sustained the stability of the House but also fostered a productive synergy with the executive arm of government, particularly in the effective implementation of the M. O.R.E. Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

“Your tenure thus far has been a testament to visionary leadership, legislative excellence, and dedication to democratic ideals,” Amori said. “You have continued to steer the affairs of the House with maturity, inclusiveness, and a deep sense of responsibility that inspires confidence in the people and promotes good governance in our dear state.”

He further praised the Speaker’s bridge-building approach and role in maintaining legislative harmony, describing it as critical to the development and peace Delta State currently enjoys.

As Speaker Guwor marks this important milestone, Senator Amori wished him continued wisdom, strength, and impactful service in the years ahead.
