The service of songs of HRH. Queen Esther Urowoli Omene (Nee Ogbakpah) who passed unto glory at age 83years was held on Wednesday 12th June,2024 at Urhie's residence, Akpobome, Mosogar, Ethiope West L.G.A of Delta State.
Members of Ogbakpah and Omene families, delegation of Traditional Chiefs from Mosogar Palace, Baptist Church members both in Lagos and Sapele were in attendance to pay their tributes and honour to the late Queen Esther.
She served as Queen of Mosogar Kingdom under the reign of HRM. Samson Okirhioboh Imoyin-Omene,Udurhie 1,Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom of blessed memory.
Chiefs sent from Mosogar Monarch,HRM. Sunday Odogu Okpurhe, Uduaka 1,Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom to represent the kingdom are;Chief Hon. Obukohwo Ugbune, Chief Bernard Abinoko(Assistant Secretary Ovie-In-Council),Chief Anthony Irevwi(Secretary Oguedion-Uduaka),Chief Festus Aboloko,Chief Glory Efemini,Chief Engr. Peter Avwojekpaye and others.
Other Chiefs in attendance from Ogbakpah and Omene families are Chief Dr. Omonigho Ogbakpah (Unuevworo of Mosogar Kingdom),Chief Felix Oboko Omene,Chief Daniel Inikomosha and others.
Some of the Clergymen in attendance are;Rev. Dr. Kehinde Babarinde (Immediate Past President, Lagos Central Baptist Conference),Rev. Dr. Kayode Akintunde (Lead Pastor Satellite Town, Baptist Church,Lagos),Rev. Smart Tsola Ejuoneoghogha,Pastor Christian Omugbe,Miss Meyiwa Boyo(Church Secretary) and many others.
The burial has been scheduled to hold on Friday 14th June,2024.
