The All Progressives Congress (APC) has successfully conducted its Ward Congress in Mosogar, Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State.
The congress took place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, and was held peacefully across Ward 1 and Ward 2 of Mosogar Kingdom.
The exercise was monitored by officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Ethiope West, Mrs. Oyovwire Aghogho and Mr. Justice Akpobome, to ensure transparency and fairness.
At the end of the congress, party members elected: Chief Enor Edekpo as APC Chairman, Ward 1 and Chief (Hon.) Victor Orovwighose as APC Chairman, Ward 2
The Ward 1 Congress was held at Ighoyota Primary School, Mosogar. The exercise was supervised by Chief Engr. Abraham Bobor, who served as the party officer in charge.

The Chief Adviser to the Governor of Delta State, Sen. (Chief) Dr. Ighoyota Amori and the Executive Chairman of Ethiope West Local Government Council, Hon. (Pastor) Chris Onogba alongside other party leaders and members from Mosogar Ward 1 and Ward 2 also attended the congress in large numbers.
