The Chairmanship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Ethiope West L.G.A in the forthcoming local government election in Delta State,Chief Hon. Chris Onogba has vowed to ensure that his administration will provide maximum security across the three kingdoms that made up the council which includes;Mosogar, Idjerhe and Oghara kingdoms.

Chief Onogba made the statement during his visit to HRM. Sunday Odogu Okpurhe, Uduaka 1,Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom to seek his Royal blessings on Saturday 18th May,2024.

The incoming Executive Chairman in Ethiope West, Chief Onogba addressing the gathering,also affirmed that his administration will work in collaboration with all the Royal Fathers in the local government,while noting that he will continue to seek their Royal advise and opinions on sensitive issues that will promote peace and tranquility in the local council.

He used the occasion to appreciate His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff F. Oborevwori the Executive Governor of Delta State and all leaders of the party in the council for given him the opportunity as the flag-bearer of the party, adding that he wouldn't disappoint them.

Chief Chris Onogba further used the visit to also presents all the Councilorship Candidates of the party for the four State Wards in Mosogar namely; Comr. Oki Ebeigbe (Mosogar State Ward 1),Mr. Tega Akpobaro (Mosogar State Ward 2),Hon. Oghenekevwe Efevwerha (Mosogar State Ward 3) and Mr. Thompson Ogheneserome Erherhebue (Mosogar State Ward 4) to the paramount Traditional Ruler of Mosogar Kingdom.

In his brief address,the highly hospitable Royal Father of Mosogar Kingdom, Uduaka 1,commended Chief Chris Onogba and his team for the visit,while offering his Royal Blessings to him and his entourage.
