The National Chairman DC-23,Sen(Chief) Dr. Ighoyota Amori JP has felicitated with Nigeria workers as they joined their counterpart to marked the 2024 International Workers Day.
Chief Amori in a statement he personally signed,praised workers for their sacrifice,resilience,commitment and patriotism towards the growth and development of Nigeria.
The PDP senior leader in Delta State,Senator Amori averred that the role of workers to nation's building can not be overemphasized as they served as the bedrock that sustained the economy through their continuous contributions, service and productivity.
He further called on government across all level to critically look into the plight and condition of workers who are facing various challenges due to high inflation and unstable economy in the midst of their salary whose monetary value can't match the current economic reality of high cost of living.
"On behalf of my family and political associates,I salute, felicitate and praise the gallantry and patriotism of our workers as they joined the rest of the world to marked the 2024 International Workers Day.
Today,gives us another rare opportunity to remember the sacrifice,resilience,commitment and patriotism of our workers towards the growth and development of Nigeria.
